The Natural Way Health Clinic is an Integrative Naturopathic Clinic with a team of compassionate Naturopathic Doctors, Doctor of Chiropractic, and Registered Massage therapists. We are seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a variety of responsibilities to join our team. Responsibilities include:

- Planning and managing clinic operations to adhere to clinic values for exceptional customer service and practitioner support
- Management and development of social media accounts
- Managing administrative schedules and vacation time to ensure full coverage
- Inventory management
- Development, implementation and championing of Clinic Policy
- Scheduling the appointments of our Doctors and Therapists
- Receiving and fulfilling patient supplement orders
- Managing Patient Billings and Payment collection
- Performing basic tests on patients

The Natural Way is seeking an individual with the following skills and qualifications:

- A minimum of 2 years administrative experience in a clinical setting.
- Ability to interact effectively and in a supportive manner with patients.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Jane and QuickBooks software will be considered an asset

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
