Administrative Assistant/bookkeeper

**Qualifications, Experience, and Education**:
- Seeking individuals with experience in office administration, preferably with some bookkeeping knowledge.
- Educational background in business administration, accounting, or related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, along with a knack for quickly learning new software.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are highly valued.
Your role will involve:
- Providing a warm welcome to clients, guiding them through their tax returns, and assisting with necessary documentation.
- Tackling various office tasks including filing, data entry, handling phone calls, processing mail, and record-keeping.
- Assisting in the creation of reports and presentations, with a focus on tax preparation.
- Collaborating with our team to enhance administrative processes and client services, aiming for peak efficiency and satisfaction.
