**Responsibilities**:

- Offer administrative and clerical support to the office team
- Aid the accounting team with general bookkeeping tasks such as accounts receivable, bank deposits, invoicing, etc.
- Manage filing systems, scanning documents, and uploading to the system.

**Skills/Requirements**
- Strong attention to detail.
- Quick learner
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with a personable demeanour
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small office team.
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and familiarity with Worldox, and Esilaw are considered a plus
- A bookkeeping diploma, certificate, or equivalent experience is advantageous
- Ability to take direction and prioritize workload

Bonus points for previous experience in a law/legal office, or other professional office environment

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
