We are seeking an experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive

should have a proven track record of supporting high-level executives and possess exceptional organizational,

communication, and multitasking skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communication and Coordination:

- Facilitate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate scheduling for internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, conference calls,

and other executive obligations.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth operations.
- Confidentiality and Discretion:

- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding C-level matters.
- Act as a gatekeeper, reviewing information in advance and prioritizing tasks to conserve executive

time.
- Administrative Support:

- Organize all files on the executive's computer and maintain a structured digital filing system.
- Assist in budget tracking and management, including entering expenses into financial software

systems.
- Event Organization:

- Organize company events such as team-building activities, holiday parties, watch parties, and end
- of-quarter/fiscal celebrations.
- Serve as the lead for office administration functions and coordinate with building management.
- Team Support and Backup:

- Provide backup assistance for the Country Leader and other executives as needed.
- Facilitate office administration functions and serve as the site lead for designated offices.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

- Follow up with individuals or companies involved in projects or services for the organization.
- Ensure all timelines and deadlines are met by coordinating with relevant parties and tracking

progress.
- Technology Skills:

- Assist with goal sheet staging and submission, renewals tracking, and other tasks as part of team

support.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive/personal assistant or in a similar role supporting senior

executives.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment in handling sensitive information.
- Experience in coordinating travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, and managing executive calendars.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
