L'Optik Farhat, a leading chain of over 40 eyewear stores across the province of Quebec, is seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Planner to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations, including coordinating eye exam appointments, managing schedules across all our stores, and overseeing various other planning aspects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive scheduling system for eye exam appointments across all L'Optik Farhat locations, ensuring optimal resource utilization and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with store managers and optometrists to ensure a seamless booking process and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
- Continuously monitor and analyze appointment trends to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and revenue generation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations, including inventory management, staffing, and marketing.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to appointment booking and store operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in eyewear retail and appointment scheduling, implementing new strategies as needed.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events, promotions, and other initiatives to drive customer engagement and store performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
