Accounts Payable Clerk

**Duties**:

- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments
- Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Prepare and perform journal entries for accounts payable transactions
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any issues or inquiries related to
accounts payable
- Reconcile company VISA's
- Reconcile Sub-Contractor Agreements

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
- Proficient in account reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using QuickBooks and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
