Inside Sales Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
1 Year Maternity Leave Contract.
Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Coordinator plays an integral part in the day-to-day business of the brewery by providing top of the line customer service to Cowbell customers while also acting as the main support system for the Outside Sales Team.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Dealing with Customer/TM inquiries & issues when required
- Help monitor the Order Desk inbox, providing timely responses to customers
- Processing orders for customers from all channels (Licensee, LCBO, Grocery, TBS & Agency)
- Sending & Coordinating orders to 3rd party carriers who provide direct delivery to Cowbell customers
- Fulfilling signed POD’s for billing purposes
- Help with additional phone campaigns for LCBO/TBS/Agency stores for new product/seasonal launches, programming load ins & inventory checks
- Relaying customer requests to Outside Sales Team
- Assist Warehouse/Logistics Team with data entry on the movement of product between warehouses
- Informing the Sales Team & Production team on potential inventory issues/stock outs
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Strong customer Service skills
- Effective communication & telephone Skills
- Knowledge with Microsoft Excel & CRM systems
- Ability to multi-task & work within tight deadlines
- Previous customer service/sales experience
- Beverage alcohol industry experience is an asset
