**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files and records in compliance with legal requirements.
- Assist with the coordination and documentation of HR initiatives such as training, development and employee engagement activities.
- Provide administrative support including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and information to employees.
- Collaborate with the team to improve HR processes and contribute to a positive work culture.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role; HR experience is an asset.
- Strong organization and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace; Experience with HR software is preferred.
- Discretion and a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
