Key Responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
  • Help maintain accurate and uptodate HR files and records in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Assist with the coordination and documentation of HR initiatives such as training, development and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide administrative support including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies.
  • Serve as a point of contact for HRrelated inquiries, providing guidance and information to employees.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve HR processes and contribute to a positive work culture.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role; HR experience is an asset.
  • Strong organization and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace; Experience with HR software is preferred.
  • Discretion and a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters.
