We are seeking an experienced, confident & self-motivated team member to support our professional friendly team.

This would be ideal for someone who has experience in Customer Service and Administration.

**This role will include the following**:

- Processing all administration and invoicing for our clients.
- Communicating and working effectively alongside our Sales Team.
- Clear, concise, and professional communication with our Australian and New Zealand clients.
- Compiling reports and analyses with Microsoft Excel
- Update and maintain records of all client interactions on our database.
- Coordinate and manage other team members during the start of school year.
- Work paid overtime during the start of school year.
- Assisting other team members with administration and customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised and able to coordinate and work alongside others.
- Responds effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- High attention to detail and excellent record keeping skills
- Able to adapt well to change and relearn processes when they are updated.
- Willingness to learn other roles within the company to assist when needed.
- Sound knowledge of computer-based systems, Microsoft Office, Excel. Outlook and ability to learn our in-house systems

**Experience or skillset that could give you an edge**:

- Prioritise tasks and ability to self-motivate, take initiative, and work in a team or autonomously.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel (knowledge of formulas), Outlook, Word.
- Customer Service and Administration experience
- Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $23.50 per hour
