**Job description**:
**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- **Manage Administrative Tasks**: Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- **Reception Duties**: Answer and direct incoming calls, manage front-desk activities, and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- **Collaborate with Teams**: Coordinate with various departments to streamline internal processes. Maintain and organize records, correspondence, and documentation.
- **Inventory & Supplies Management**: Monitor and order office and stores supplies, ensuring the store remains well-stocked for daily operations.
**Experience**
- 1-3 years of office administrative and reception duties.
- Experience managing inbound and outbound calls and providing front-desk support.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proven customer service experience with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of theft prevention and loss control procedures.
- Ability to adapt to changes, delays, and unforeseen events professionally and positively.

- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent ability to develop, integrate and maintain work procedures
- Ability and thirst for continuous learning.
- Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop business relationships.

- A valid driver's license and a vehicle is a plus.
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
