**Office/Logistics Administrator**

Canvas Craft is pioneering digital can printing in Western Canada, marking a significant step toward environmental sustainability in the Beverage Industry by eliminating the use of plastic from aluminum cans. **Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of office administration experience required.
- Must be able to work with a wide variety of computer systems.
- Must be proficient in Google products
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5pm

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Work with the sales team to verify incoming orders. Verify for completeness and clarity
- Ensure the accuracy of the inventory, replenish inventory when required
- Prepare shipping documents and communicate with logistics companies the pickup times
- Maintaining a high level of efficiency in all aspects of office operations and procedures.

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
