**Responsibilities**:

- Advanced skills with MS Office Suite, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint with knowledge of Adobe/PDF Exchange functionality is an asset
- Data entry on various systems including -in house pension administration system and excel worksheets
- Performs mail merges for mass mailings to clients, coordinates the print and mailing process of same, as well as outsourcing where necessary
- Provides general administration, including faxing, time tracking, client database updates, scanning, photocopying opening mail, answering phone and filing
- Preparation of monthly client billings
- Supports other administrative assistants when required
- Assists with special projects, as required
- Performs other administrative tasks, as required
- Ensures the office remains clean and organized

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education
- Minimum 2-5 years related experience
- Advanced skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- WorkDay an asset
- Basic knowledge of pension, benefits and investment terms and concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer focus and telephone skills and protocol
- Dedicated team player, who demonstrates initiative and independence
- Highly organized; pay close attention to detail and ability to take initiative and work with limited supervision

Where permitted by law, company employees must be fully immunized to access a TELUS Health office or customer premises.
