- Answer telephones, greet clients, scheduling and confirming all showing requests, input messages by using Brokerbay internal paging system
- Broker Load - input NLS listings, upload photos, scan documents, process new listing documents (price change, extensions etc.), enter listing information and appointment instructions to Brokerbay
- Web Forms Offers - Preparation of offers, amendments, waivers, and other related forms/documents
- Upload all the listing documents to NexOne and using Authentisign to send documents for internal office signatures
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and creating feature sheets, social media posts
- Assisting with agent requests such as typing, draft letters and other documents
- Ensure stock of all office materials
- Assist manager in office related requests
- Coordinate with other offices to complete any tasks required
**Qualifications**:
- Strong knowledge of Brokerbay, Webforms/Transaction Desk and MLS is an asset
- Experience using NexOne and Authentisign is an asset
- Ability to multi-task with strong communication skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Superior front line customer service skills and excellent telephone etiquette
