Toyota Tsusho Canada, Inc. is a Canadian division of a multinational Japanese trading firm with numerous interests in supply-chain activities, intermediate goods production, scrap metal recycling and manufacturing-related services.
- Coordinate monthly orders with multiple customers and enter Purchase Orders in system.
- Prepare daily and weekly Sales Orders for multiple customers in system
- Enter Purchase and Sales Pricing in system as assigned.
- Communicate with suppliers for open orders and arrange logistics.
- Liaise with Warehouse Operations for shipping and receiving requirements.
- Support Account Representatives in monitoring open Purchase Orders and Sales Orders.
- Actively monitor and track shipments in transit.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers on daily basis related to orders.
- Maintain effective filing system and support with document retrieval for audits.
- Other data entry requirements as needed.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in business considered an asset.
- Ability to speak and write fluently in English. The ability to communicate in Japanese is considered an asset.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Must be customer focused and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to drive a car/have a valid G Class license.
- Must be able to meet deadlines, handle stress, and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to use JDE/Blue Yonder system considered an asset. Experience with ERP systems considered an asset.
