We have an opening for an Accounting Associate & Executive Assistant in a fast paced, fun environment with opportunities for growth.

We are looking for someone who is energetic, driven, and thrives on ambitious goals. We need a natural self-starter who can also work in a collaborative team environment; someone who is smart, outgoing, and organized, with a creative flare and strong multitasking skills.

**Requirements**:

- Strong self-starter; able to work with mínimal supervision
- Professionally minded and forward-thinking
- Excellent organization skills and multi-tasking ability, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient computer skills including use of Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Experience Required: 3+ Years

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in full accounting cycles, including Accounts Payable and Government Remittances
- Bi-weekly payroll processing and commissions administration
- Processing of employee expense reports, inter-company transactions and special projects
- Posting Accounts Receivable payments
- Back up Credit Manager and switchboard
- Coordinate travel bookings for sales and service team members
- Conference and meeting setup, vendor relations and supplier engagement
- General office administration, banking duties
