En tant qu'analyste de crédit et de recouvrement, vous serez responsable de la collecte et de la maintenance des informations de base sur le crédit. Tout en aidant à examiner et à vérifier les comptes en souffrance. Vous contacterez les clients pour confirmer les paiements en souffrance et renouveler les informations de crédit afin de minimiser les dettes impayées.

**Responsabilités**:

- Surveiller les factures en souffrance et établir un grand nombre de contacts de recouvrement par téléphone, par courriel ou par les portails des clients.
- Travaille avec le client pour déterminer la cause première du litige pour les factures impayées ou en retard de paiement. Identifie et documente la raison détaillée.
- Effectue des rapprochements de comptes clients, y compris la recherche de fonds non appliqués, de crédits et de remises non obtenues.
- Évaluer la possibilité de percevoir les escomptes non gagnés, les frais financiers, les factures de faible valeur, etc. et passer par pertes et profits les montants irrécouvrables dans les limites de son niveau d'autorité.
- Obtenir les informations de crédit appropriées pour évaluer la solvabilité des comptes nouveaux et existants dans le portefeuille attribué.
- Travaille de manière transversale avec les équipes des ventes, des opérations, des finances, de l'administration des contrats et de l'administration du fichier clients pour rassembler et examiner les documents, notamment les bons de commande, les demandes de crédit. Et les charge dans l'outil de suivi des contrats pour approbation par la direction des services financiers et les partenaires.
- Examiner les commandes en attente de crédit en évaluant la solvabilité des clients, y compris les cotes financières, les factures ouvertes, les paiements en cours et le backlog, et faire des recommandations pour la libération des commandes au superviseur.

**Qualifications**:

- Un diplôme en comptabilité, en finances, en chaîne d'approvisionnement ou en affaires est exigé
- Un baccalauréat en comptabilité, en finances, en chaîne d'approvisionnement ou en affaires est préférable
- Licences/Certificats/Désignations - NACM ou similaire est préférable
- 1 an d'expérience dans le domaine des comptes recevables, de la comptabilité, des finances, de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou des affaires en général est requis, 3 ans de préférence
- 1 an d'expérience en crédit et recouvrement commercial, entre entreprises, dans un environnement à haut volume requis, 3 ans de préférence
- 1 an d'expérience de travail avec le crédit commercial et d'autres tiers (p. ex., D&B, Experian, Equifax, NACM, CreditSafe) pour obtenir de l'information sur le crédit requis, 3 ans de préférence
- De solides compétences en communication écrite et orale et en relations interpersonnelles, ainsi qu'une attitude positive sont requises
- Fiabilité, sens de l'organisation et philosophie axée sur les solutions sont préférables
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe
- Un grand souci du détail et une passion pour la précision sont requis
- La volonté de s'adapter à des changements temporaires d'heures de travail en fonction du flux de travail est préférable

As a Credit & Collections Analyst you will be responsible for collecting and maintaining basic credit information. While assisting in reviewing and verifying overdue accounts. You will contacts customers to confirm outstanding payments and renew credit information to help minimize outstanding debts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Works with the customer to determine root cause of dispute for unpaid or short-paid invoices. Identifies and documents detailed reason.
- Performs customer account reconciliations, including research of unapplied cash, and credits and unearned discounts.
- Evaluates collectability of unearned cash discounts, finance charges, small dollar invoices, etc. and performs write-offs of uncollectable amounts within their level of authority.
- Obtains appropriate credit information to rate credit worthiness of new and existing accounts within assigned portfolio.
- Reviews orders on credit hold by assessing credit worthiness of customers, including financial ratings, open invoices, in-process payments and backlog, and makes recommendations for order release to supervisor.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or Business is required; Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or Business is preferred
