Responsibilities Include:

- Ordering & Maintaining Stock Levels
- Maintain PAP Files and Records
- Customer Service
- Light Cleaning Duties
- Scheduling Service Calls
- Undertaking Basic Bookkeeping Tasks and Issue Invoices
- Answering Phone Lines and Directing Calls
- Utilize Office Appliances (Photocopier, Printers etc)
- Must be able to Lift 40 Lbs
- Perform Other Office Duties (as assigned).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
