**Office Administrator**

**Position Summary**:
Customer Service, Bookkeeping, Purchasing, Office organization

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet people and direct them to contacts
- Operate telephone system (screen, forward calls)
- Assist in updating of administrative policies and procedures
- Aid in ISO document amendments & audits
- Aid with job cost reports
- Ensure procedures are followed
- Maintain filing and record systems
- Carry out administrative duties as instructed by company President
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 2+ year experience preferred
- Able to work within a team and a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Experience with databases and Sage 50 an asset

**Job Type**:

- Permanent Full-Time

**Salary**:

- $21.00 to $23.00 per hour

**Schedule**:

- 8 Hour Day shifts

**Work Remotely**:

- No

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
