Administrative Assistant/receptionist

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet patients upon arrival and provide exemplary patient care. Including following clinic protocols, scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records/accounts using the Jane EMR System.
- Processing payments and insurance claims.
- Maintaining front desk cleanliness and advising management on any necessary equipment or supply needs.
- Type and/or edit documents as needed.
- Supplement Inventory
- Support doctors and other professional staff by performing administrative duties & other duties requested by management, within job scope.
- Assist with meeting preparations, making arrangements and setting up equipment.
- Work as part of a team to achieve clinic goals and objectives.
- Participate in monthly training as needed.
- Educate patients on products and services offered at NIC.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
**Salary**: $15.00-$17.50 per hour
