Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient receptionist to join our team at Canada Inc. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate contacts or service areas, providing assistance and answering questions as needed.
  • Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and relaying messages as required.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies, scheduling appointments, and sending invoices.
  • Clerical Duties: Maintain accurate and organized records, including filing and sorting documents, and distributing mail.
  • Communication: Provide excellent oral communication skills, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, with a focus on customer service and administrative support.
  • Language: Fluent in English, with excellent oral communication skills.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule and opportunities for overtime as needed.
