Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Canada Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Switchboard Management: Operate the switchboard or telephone system to handle incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as ordering office supplies.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, and provide customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
