**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining inventory for stationery, kitchen essentials, and other necessary items.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) and liaise with vendors as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace, including the reception area and kitchen.
- Handle shipping and receiving of hardware, software, and other equipment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Use ITSM tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask) to track incoming and outgoing shipments and inventory records.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory to maintain accurate records and identify discrepancies.
- Oversee asset lifecycle management, from procurement to disposal, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to prepare and process client invoices using ITSM and accounting tools.
- Reconcile purchase orders with vendor invoices and ensure accurate billing and timely payments.
- Assist the technical team with hardware procurement, ensuring equipment is available for client deployments and projects.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors to schedule deliveries, pickups, and on-site visits.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role, preferably in an MSP or IT environment.
- Proven experience using ITSM tools such as ConnectWise, Autotask, or ServiceNow.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with invoicing and accounting software.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes and vendor management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to handling tasks.
