*Job Summary*

*Responsibilities*
- Manage and coordinate open (unresolved) cases by following with customers/vendors
- Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Assist with customer inquiries and opporunities and sales leads engagement and intake
- Oversee human resources functions such as payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Handle budgeting and financial tasks including invoicing, expense tracking, and vendor management
- Maintain office efficiency by planning, implementing & monitoring dispatch systems
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all front desk and customer facing activities
- Assist in clerical duties when necessary

*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in an office management role (is a MUST)
- Strong knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Proficiency in phone systems and other office technology
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Solid understanding of budgeting principles and financial management
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in vendor management is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
