**Position Overview**:
As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our sales office. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative functions, managing a small team of administrative professionals, and supporting the sales team to help them achieve their goals. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Administration**: Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining supplies, coordinating office equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
- **Team Management**: Supervise and support a team of 3-7 administrative staff, including delegating tasks, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing client communications.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance office efficiency and productivity.
- **Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring a professional and responsive approach.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management or a similar administrative role, preferably within a sales or business environment.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and experience with office management systems.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanour.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
