**Minco Wholesale & Supply Inc**. is a **health, safety, janitorial and cleaning supplier and distributor.** We are a leading supplier of a wide range of **health, safety, hospitality, janitorial and cleaning products** to a diverse range of clients offering competitive wholesale pricing to suit small to large supply chains.

Over the past few years we have been growing and expanding our team We are located in London, Ontario, conveniently near the 401 (South London). We have a energetic and exciting team and work environment and we are looking forward to adding more ambitious and awesome team members to our group.

**Hybrid position (London, ONT office + remote)**

We are currently looking for an ambitious and energetic **experienced Sales Representative** who will help us expand our client base and business.

**Territory: Southern Ontario**

Main Responsibilities:

- Research and identify new opportunities.
- Hit monthly sales goals
- Visit clients and have meetings off-site.
- Generate leads through researching the market.
- Document and manage all leads and accounts.
- Understand client needs and requirements.
- Seek new accounts via business development.
- Identify key players and generate interest.
- Meet lead generation objectives.
- Identify decision makers, schedule meetings, and execute appropriate sales techniques and cycle to close sales.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

- Energy and a can do attitude.
- **Experienced in one of the following markets: janitorial, cleaning, health, safety marketplace.**:

- Ambitious career prospects looking for growth within an organization.
- _A passion for sales is a must._
- _Comfortable with managing your own time and schedule._
- Hybrid position (in office + remote).

**Preferred: High paced sales background of 5+ years minimum w/ quotas and goals**
- **Compensation**:_$42,000 - $80,000 annually based on experience (Salary + BONUS and SALES COMMISSION + Benefits)_
