**Coordinator/Administrative Assistant**
Springhill Lumber (Wholesale) Ltd. is currently looking for a **Coordinator/Administrative Assistant** who will work closely with our sales team and Construction Manager offering administrative support across the organization. This is a full-time (Monday to Friday) position at our 600 Caron Road location.
**Rate of Pay**: Depending on Experience
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Provide ongoing administrative support to our sales team and our Construction Manager with various administrative duties with attention to detail.
- Assist in the preparation of contract proposals;
- Organizing and maintaining construction schedules, files;
- Booking travel arrangements as required;
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings with subcontractors and subtrades as required;
- Proficiency in creating and distributing reports;
- Assist in preparing presentations, memorandums, and correspondence;
- Other administrative duties as required.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years of Administrative Assistant experience.
- Self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently, with mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- Ability to read blue prints an asset;
- Knowledge in building materials and construction industry an asset;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work in a demanding environment;
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills;
- Detail conscious while maintaining a high degree of accuracy;
- Reliable vehicle is required, as this is a non-bus route.
