Mammoth Equipment is a manufacturer of diesel exhaust systems and accessories, providing exhaust solutions for the Mining Industry for over 40 years.

We are growing rapidly and looking to expand our Warehouse team as we have recently moved into a new larger facility in Headingley.

Mammoth is looking for a well-organized, detail-oriented, ambitious and self-motivated individual to assist with the daily shipping logistics operations at our warehouse.

**Day-to-day duties include**:

- Working with customers: _
- Taking delivery inquiries.
- Setting up new orders and additional orders.
- Reporting any pick-up/delivery delays to customers.
- Logistics operations: _
- Booking and scheduling loads.
- Providing expertise in export regulations including CUSMA.
- Preparing domestic and international shipping documentation including packing slips and certificate of conformance, labels, waybills, customs, CUSMA certificates and authorized release certificates.
- Communicating with freight forwarding company to book pick-ups, verifying rates and transit times.
- Preparing shipments online using Fed-Ex, UPS, etc.
- Tracking shipments to destinations.
- Updating carriers with any additional documentation upon request on time.
- Researching new contractors to optimize shipping and receiving costs.
- Processing of all invoice credits, purchase orders, and invoicing all work-orders.
- Other duties in logistics may not have been mentioned but will be required.

**Education**:

- **Colledge diploma or DCS required**:

- BA in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Operations, or other relevant fields (preferred)
- Experience in a similar role of **at least one year** required.
- 2 years or greater experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving is preferred.
- A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Starting salary may be negotiable, depending on your experience and education.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$44,000.00 per year
