Concrete Plant and Mixer Truck Maintenance

**Job Summary**:
Assists in maintenance, upkeep and safe operation of concrete mixer trucks and plant machinery.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Diagnostic and repair of electrical, pneumatic, mechanical issues.
- Performing inspections and preventative maintenance at recommended intervals
- Can operate, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair Ready Mix plant and related equipment.
- Abilities with welding/light fabrication.
- Some field service work required for road/onsite repairs of equipment.
- Follow troubleshooting flow charts and wiring schematics.
- Able to repair equipment in a timely fashion at times in adverse conditions.
- Maintains records and paperwork of work performed for entry into work orders.
- Documentation on work orders of all parts, labor, and notes
- Responsible for keeping all tools and equipment in good working order.
- Work in a safe, timely manner to reduce downtime.
- Performs various building/facility maintenance as required.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- **Minimum 3 years of Mechanical Maintenance work experience**:

- Able to perform physical tasks that require strength, coordination and lifting of heavy objects.
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Knowledge of work and safety regulations
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Ability to organize and plan daily tasks with mínimal supervision
- Ability to lead and work in a team-based environment

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.62 per hour

- Headingley, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
