This position is located in our downtown Vancouver branch. Of course, there is freedom to work from home as needed, but **we love being together** Why? **Compensation**
Competitive salary and comprehensive extended health benefits, fully paid by Elantis. The salary range for this position is based on relevant technological experience:
- 0-3 years: CAD $50,000-70,000
- 4-7 years: CAD $70,000-90,000
- 7+ years: CAD $100,000+

**The Role**
As a Solution Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Executing and assisting in SharePoint migrations, upgrades, and Intranets.
- Assisting in designing server farms and topologies, corporate Information Architectures, SharePoint Governance models, and SharePoint security and authentication models, and implementation.
- Writing and executing scripts to complement out of the box migration tools.
- Integrating line of business systems with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, the Power Platform, and other technologies.
- Executing project plans to meet deliverable expectations.
- Assisting in facilitation of workshops and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Actively supporting Elantis culture.
Some of the skills and experience we're looking for:
- Experience with the Microsoft stack (such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and/or PowerShell)
- Experience displaying strong problem solving, relationship building, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in designing and delivering training and workshops to stakeholders.
- A desire to continue learning and developing solutions using new leading-edge technologies.
- Post-secondary education in a technology related field or equivalent experience.
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
