We are looking to hire a dedicated Content Specialist to assist with content creation and driving Knowledge Management strategy. You will work alongside the Sr. Content Specialist within Teck’s RACE division. The content specialist’s responsibilities include evaluating the current documentation and knowledge management practices and helping restructure the way documentation is written and organized.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating templates on a variety of knowledge management tools
- Communicate and cooperate with a team, including product owners, product leads, and the content specialist
- Develop related content for multiple platforms i.e., Confluence, SharePoint, MIRO
- Assist with developing guidelines and best practices for the new Knowledge Management System within the Digital division

**Qualifications**:

- Consistent track record of content strategy and content writing (3+ years)
- Analytical and strategic problem solver who can contribute to conversations around knowledge management systems
- Able to work independently with little or no daily supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to connect with colleagues, and management
- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting to changes as necessary
- Proficiency with computers and programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Confluence, SharePoint, and Miro
