- **Financial Facilitator**: Manage bank deposits for received checks and credit card payments, ensuring seamless processes.
- **Resolution Expert**: Tackle residential account issues head-on, ensuring our clients are delighted with solutions.
- **Master Organizer**: Maintain organized customer files and up-to-date filing systems.
- **Scheduling Savvy**: Coordinate Route Managers' one-time work and home services, ensuring follow-up for customer satisfaction.
- **Month-End Maestro**: Play a pivotal role in completing month-end tasks.
- **Tag Tracker**: Keep an eye on missing tag reports, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- **Supply Sourcer**: Order office supplies, keeping everything running smoothly.
- **Chain Account Extraordinaire**: Handle chain account functions, including reporting, scoring, and procedural knowledge.
- **Team Support**: Provide assistance to branch staff as directed by the Branch Manager.
