Join the team at **Archways**, in partnership with NuVista Mental Health, as a **Client Care Specialist**.

As the **Client Care Specialist **you will provide ongoing support for a multidisciplinary clinic. You will be responsible for scheduling client appointments, processing all billings, collecting fees from clients, confirming insurance coverage, and following up on any missed payments. You will also help support the clinic by fielding phone calls and inquiries, maintaining a tidy reception area, and providing excellent customer service to our valued clients.

- Ability to learn quickly and effectively use various computer billing and reporting systems
- Ability to maintain confidential records and information
- Leads by example and practices good time management skills
- Knowledge and experience of modern office practices that optimize technology and time management
- Completion of a recognized Administration and/or Business Certificate (or equivalent) **or** three years administrative experience is required
- Experience in a mental health clinic experience would be considered an asset
- Experience with WSIB and/or Blue Cross billing and EMR technology would be considered an asset

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
