As a Client Relations Specialist at Mimak Care, you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong, enduring relationships with our valued clients. Your primary objective will be to understand their staffing needs, ensure seamless service delivery, and drive client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate placements, manage accounts, and contribute to the growth of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Development**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for their staffing needs.
- Gain a deep understanding of clients' business operations, culture, and staffing requirements to provide tailored solutions.

**Account Management**:

- Monitor ongoing placements and address any challenges or concerns to ensure client satisfaction.

**Service Delivery**:
**Solution Proposal**:

- Identify opportunities to enhance client partnerships by proposing additional staffing solutions, such as temporary, permanent, or specialized staffing services.

**Client Communication**:

- Keep clients informed about industry trends, market insights, and relevant updates that may impact their staffing needs.

**Issue Resolution**:

- Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

**Performance Metrics**:

- Track and report on key performance metrics, including client satisfaction, account growth, and revenue targets.

**Market Insights**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the job market to provide strategic insights to clients.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in the staffing industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple client accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated understanding of staffing and recruitment processes.

**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Client Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
