Part-time Client Care Specialist

Join the team at **Archways**, in partnership with True North Psychological Services, as a **Part-Time Client Care Specialist**.
Archways provides high quality mental health services to the members of our community by offering services in Psychiatry and Psychology.
Our team of clinicians have decades of combined experience and believe in providing mental health services that will treat and address underlying issues over the long term, rather than offering a quick, temporary fix. Our goal is to help our clients find the path to their best self so they can move forward with the tools they need for long-term success.

- Possess a strong work ethic and have an exceptional eye for detail with the ability to think outside the box

- Ability to build rapport and exude professionalism with all interactions
- Possess high-level customer service and telephone skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Have a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and expand your skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate superior conflict resolution skills by balancing assertiveness and sensitivity
- Ability to learn quickly and effectively use various computer billing and reporting systems
- Ability to maintain confidential records and information
- Leads by example and practices good time management skills
- Knowledge and experience of modern office practices that optimize technology and time management
- Completion of a recognized Administration and/or Business Certificate (or equivalent) or three years administrative experience is considered an asset
- Experience in a mental health clinic experience would be considered an asset
- Experience with WSIB and/or Blue Cross billing and EMR technology would be considered an asset
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
