KIDZEE Child Care Centre & Montessori is seeking an Early Childhood Care Specialist to join our team.

Salary Information

$45,000 - $60,000 per year based on qualifications and experience.

Job Description

The Early Childhood Care Specialist will work closely with early childhood educators to develop and implement child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing children's development to create personalized learning plans
  • Developing and implementing activities that promote creativity and engagement
  • Providing support to early childhood educators in program implementation
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to parents and supervisors

This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
