PL Landscaping is a design+build, lawn care and snow removal company in the West Island.
At PL, we specialize in turning chaos into calm, confusion into clarity, and "John Smith's" backyard into an oasis.
We are seeking a dynamic and highly adaptable individual to join our team as a Professional Chaos Wrangler (aka Executive Assistant). This role is perfect for someone who can juggle multiple tasks, decipher cryptic messages, and find the missing sock in a sea of mismatched pairs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the human GPS for the scatterbrained owners.
- Master the art of mind reading to anticipate the needs of our bosses before they even realize they have them.
- Act as a liaison between our executives and the rest of the world, translating their brilliant thoughts into coherent ideas.
- Maintain a zen-like calm in the face of impending deadlines and last-minute requests.
- Keep the bosses on track, on time, and (hopefully) on their best behavior.
Actual tasks:
- Job scheduling, job costing input and weekly payroll
- Invoicing clients and basic accounting using Quickbooks Online
- Post content on social media (Facebook, Instagram)
Required skills:
- Bilingual
- Simple computer software ease (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Word, Excel, Gmail, Quickbooks)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
**Job Type**: Part-Time 25 to 30 hours per week starting in April and ends in December. Winter's mostly off.
