About you
- You are responsible for overseeing the administration of Canadian payroll and benefit programs, ensuring that all processes run efficiently and accurately. You also provide top-notch customer service, assisting both employees and managers with any questions or issues related to payroll and benefits. Your role is essential in maintaining smooth operations and delivering clear, reliable support in all matters concerning employee compensation and benefits. In this role, you will...- Maintain and enter accurate information into the HRIS - new hires, changes, terminations, etc.- Partner closely with payroll to ensure information is processed on time and with accuracy.- Act as the first point of contact for employee questions and requests as they relate to People Services/Payroll, always ensuring to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.- Acts as the first point of contact and maintains relationships with external contacts (vendors, etc.)

What you'll bring- 1-2 years Payroll and/or Benefits experience- Intermediate computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service focused outlook- Knowledge and understanding of Workday software
- Approximate Salary Range for Role: $55,000 to $70,000_
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training._
