**Looking for a great opportunity to work in Canada’s largest Automotive Group?**

**Dilawri Group of Companies (BC Region) **is currently looking to fill the position of **Payroll Coordinator.**

**Essential Duties**:

- Processing union, non-union, and sales commission payroll for several dealerships
- Checking payroll for accuracy
- Dealing with payroll related issues as they arise in a timely manner
- Benefits administration
- Reconciling all benefits schedules
- Updating employee information in Payworks and HR4
- Processing new hire paperwork, terminations, and ROE’s
- Additional duties as required by management

**All successful applicants must possess the following qualities**:

- **
2 years payroll experience would be an asset**
- CDK experience is an asset
- Experience with Payworks system
- Detail-oriented and the ability to multi-task
- Be extremely organized and meet deadlines
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), with ability to maintain records using computerized system
