RoadSafetyBC is the lead provincial agency for road safety and is responsible for setting strategic direction and ensuring a provincial approach to road safety throughout British Columbia. To provide a variety of office administrative and financial support services for the branch and coordinate the day-to-day priorities of the Deputy Superintendent, including providing liaison with ministry executive offices. **Job Requirements**:

- Secondary school graduation or equivalent (i.e., GED).
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in an office setting.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a confidential capacity with a high degree of diplomacy and discretion given the sensitive issues.
- Minimum 1 year experience providing administrative support to executive level staff, or senior level management.
- Experience organizing and coordinating meetings and events.

Preference may be given to applicants with the following:

- Additional years of experience in any of the above requirements.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
