Office Administrator/accounting Cle

We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator/Accounting Clerk. They will undertake general administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
**Responsibilities**
- Data entry (posting of vendors invoices, expense claims, issuing purchase orders and preparing client’s invoices )
- Assemble and prepare payment batches on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
- Reconcile vendor and visa card statements.
- Liaise with customers and vendors as needed.
- General accounting and administration of the company’s payroll.
- Submit timely reports assigned.
- Manage meeting agendas, travel arrangements and appointments for management.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Support the Warehouse Manager with administration of shipping and receiving activities.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
**Requirements and skills**
- Highly organized, strong attention to details, self starter and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, assistant or relevant role.
- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with office management duties, procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
- Qualifications in secretarial duties will be an advantage.
- High school diploma, office administration certifications or other qualifications in a relevant field will be considered an asset.
