**Responsibilities**:

- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Manage multiple Google Accounts
- Some basic bookkeeping duties; SAGE
- Maintain office supplies inventory

**Experience**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - MUST
- Must be familiar with using Google Accounts
- Experience with Simply Accounting (SAGE) or similar accounting software
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
