We are looking to add to our existing team of highly efficient and dedicated support staff at our Henderson Hwy office. This employee will be responsible for reception duties in our busy real estate office as well as administrative support functions including but not limited to:

- General reception duties including but not limited to answering calls, ordering couriers, accepting deliveries, greeting clients, etc.
- Entering & processing real estate transactions
- Correspondence with legal professionals
- Filing & general office administration tasks
- Answer questions and assist real estate agents in daily operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office with an expectation of typing a minimum of 40 words per minute
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with customer service in an office setting
- Proven track record in accurate data entry and processing

**Salary**: $18.00 -$21.00 per hour

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Reception: 1 year (required)
- Administrative Support: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-08-06
