**Coordinator, People & Culture**:
**Position Purpose**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Conduct the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, applicant screening, scheduling interviews, background & reference checks, offer letters, and onboarding.
- Administers payroll & benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Assist with year-end payroll reporting and reconciliation, ensuring accurate processing of annual earnings, taxes, deductions, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to a positive work culture, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, maintaining a harmonious work environment.
- Promotes diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization, actively influencing a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
- Assist in the improvement, creation, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure they align with provincial regulations, promoting consistency and fairness across the organization.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- ** Education**:

- Post-secondary degree, diploma and/or certificate in Human Resources or related field.
- Working towards obtaining a PCP designation is considered an asset.
- Working towards obtaining a CPHR designation is considered an asset.
- ** Experience**:

- 2 - 3 years of related experience.
- 1+ years of payroll experience.
- ** Required Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong sense of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Effectively collaborates with various stakeholders within the organization, leveraging effective communication and cooperation to drive positive outcomes.
- Ability to work independently as a strong and contributing member in a team environment.
- Excels at creative thinking and problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail.
- Effectively manages multiple tasks simultaneously, while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to standards.
- Represent Your ACSA professionally, demonstrating integrity, honesty, and respect in all interactions. Upholding ethical standards, adhering to company policies and procedures, and fostering a culture of accountability and transparency.

**Logistics**
- Daily work hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
- This position is eligible for a hybrid work model (ACSA Edmonton office).

**Salary**: Starting at 60,195+
