AutoCanada est à la recherche d'un partenaire commercial chargé des personnes et de la culture, chargé de fournir un soutien, des conseils et des services consultatifs en matière de gestion des personnes en partenariat avec les dirigeants et les associés. Ce poste offre une expertise à nos équipes, y compris tous les niveaux de direction, de direction et d'associés, autour de sujets tels que l'acquisition et la gestion des talents, les relations avec les associés, l'engagement, le coaching, la planification des effectifs et la gestion des performances. Ce rôle est chargé de fournir un soutien, des conseils et des services consultatifs en matière de gestion des personnes en partenariat avec les dirigeants et les associés.

**Vos principales responsabilités**
- Collaborer étroitement avec les dirigeants régionaux en leur fournissant un soutien professionnel, une gestion associée et en répondant à leurs questions.
- Agir en tant que ressource auprès des dirigeants et des associés concernant les performances, le développement et les opportunités de formation des associés.
- Agir en tant qu'agent de changement et champion de la culture en soutenant et en représentant l'organisation.
- Travailler avec l'équipe People & Culture pour soutenir les projets et la réalisation des objectifs. Identifier les lacunes dans les processus et initier des solutions pour combler les lacunes
- Aider à maintenir les dossiers régionaux et des dirigeants dans des formats électroniques et physiques, en respectant la stricte confidentialité des dossiers de l'entreprise et des associés.
- Fournir un soutien dans l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre de politiques et de procédures en matière de personnes et de culture et communiquer tout changement à la direction ainsi qu'aux associés.
- Développer et communiquer des mesures pour identifier les opportunités de croissance possibles pour le département et l'organisation.
- Mettre l'accent sur la mentalité de service client pour fournir des conseils et une formation aux dirigeants des bureaux à domicile en ce qui concerne les pratiques RH.
- Diriger et mener des enquêtes
- Agir à titre de représentant de tous les congés protégés
- Mener des entretiens de départ avec les dirigeants régionaux et supérieurs. Fournir des analyses et des recommandations à la haute direction pour les activités de changement
- Gérer et faciliter l'orientation et l'intégration des nouveaux employés du bureau régional.
- Gérer des projets du cycle complet pour la mise en œuvre de politiques, de procédures et de meilleures pratiques en accord avec la culture, les valeurs et les objectifs de l'entreprise.
- Agir en tant que chef de projet principal pour les projets assignés
- Comprendre les besoins de l'entreprise et collaborer avec l'équipe Personnes, Culture et Apprentissage pour développer des solutions.
- Travailler avec des experts en la matière (PME) sur le projet pour atteindre les objectifs et les jalons du projet.
- Collaborer avec le sponsor du projet dans l'attribution, le suivi et l'examen du travail effectué par l'équipe de projet.
- Responsable de la mise à jour, de la communication et de la gestion des échéanciers du projet
- Effectuer des recherches pour le projet, y compris des examens par les pairs, des recherches sur le Web, de la littérature et des partenariats externes.
**Vos capacités et références**
- Baccalauréat en gestion des ressources humaines, développement organisationnel ou expérience de travail équivalente
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans les ressources humaines
- Bilingue anglais et français oral et écrit requis
- Une expérience de travail ou une formation en droit du travail ou dans un autre domaine de réglementation est un atout.
- Un titre certifié en RH ou en voie d'obtention est préférable.
- Compétences supérieures en communication et en relations interpersonnelles, capable de travailler confortablement et de fournir des conseils à tous les niveaux de direction et aux associés.
- Capable de travailler efficacement en tant que membre d'une équipe et de manière indépendante
- Capable de s'adapter à un environnement en constante évolution
- Capacité et expérience pour prendre des décisions éclairées sur une large base de connaissances en ressources humaines
- Forte capacité à utiliser MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
- L'expérience et la capacité de travailler avec les logiciels SIRH et ATS (par exemple ADP et Workday) sont considérées comme un atout.
- Capacité à traiter les données avec confidentialité et discrétion
- Disponibilité à voyager jusqu'à 50 % du temps
