**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EDI and ERP systems

Assist customers with installation, configuration, and integration of EDI and ERP systems

Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams

Provide training and support to end-users on the use of EDI and ERP systems

Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution

Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

At least 3 years of experience in customer support or technical support, specifically with EDI and ERP systems

Strong technical skills and experience with Visual2000

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Bilingualism is a plus.
