Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits
- Maintain patient records and update information in electronic medical records systems such as Epic
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
- Handle administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the medical office
- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare providers and patients

**Experience**:

- Prior experience working in a medical and use of PSSUITE EMR is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
