Over the past 30 years, The Concord Group of companies has also diversified into business sectors such as: software and information technology, telecommunications, and green energy projects in solar, wind and hydroelectric power generation.

We are actively hiring for an Exhibition & Display Coordinator to coordinate and manage displays at multiple sales centres, buildings, and locations. The marketing team handles multiple projects simultaneously and needs to meet frequent deadlines. It suits well for an energetic individual who seeks a dynamic work environment while manages to stay composed and perform well under pressure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, contractors, and various internal teams to:

- Facilitate design, production, installation, update, repair, removal, and storage of static and electronic displays and finishing boards in multiple sales centres.
- Be the go-to person on operational details, updates, presentation setups, and minor trouble shootings of various electronic and audio/visual systems.
- Prepare scale models, order model tables, and arrange for cleaning, repair, modification, and transportation of scale models.
- Oversee the design, fabrication, installation, repair, graffiti cleaning and removal of outdoor signs.
- Arrange staging of show suites, lightbox installation, and vignette displays.
- Manage on-location displays at roadshows.
- Handle logistics in the deployment, storage, inventory, and disposition of display assets.

**Requirements**:

- A methodic and proactive person with strong organization, administration, and time management skills.
- The ability to effectively solve problems and efficiently sort out vital details.
- A tech savvy individual with hands-on experience and education in industrial design/fabrication, digital communication, or media technology.
- The ability to interpret architectural, interior design and shop drawings.
- Experience in graphic/multimedia design with intermediate proficiency in CAD and Adobe Create Suite
- A dynamic team player: flexible to changes in job nature as and when required.
- Need to travel to different job sites and may be required to work extended or odd hours occasionally.
- Hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license.
