We are seeking an **Inside Sales Specialist - Pre
- Engineered Solutions** for the coordination of TrojanUV’s small pre-engineered products (municipal products such as TrojanUV3000PTP, TrojanUV3000B and TrojanUVSwiftSC that are bought and resold by Trojan Reps). The Inside Sales Specialist - PES will need to quickly build rapport, and establish trust and credibility with the other members of the Trojan’s sales team and Regional Channel Partners through a proactive selling style, thereby building a pipeline for the sales organization while ensuring that Reps and Customers are supported in a professional and timely manner.

As our Inside Sales Specialist - Pre
- Engineered Solutions, you will act as the point of contact with customers during the Order Acquisition process in preparation of sizing, quotes, specifications, proposals/quotations and Scope of Supply for consulting engineers, regional channel partners and OEM’s putting Trojan in the best competitive position. Through the sales cycle, you will provide input to marketing and other internal customers from interactions with external customers to improve processes and products.

**What can you bring to the table?**
- Proven experience in inside selling preferred.
- Confident self-starter that can work independently and take action with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong organizational and time management skills

**It’s an asset if you also have these skills**:

- Working knowledge of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
- Knowledge of the operation of plants and or laboratories, water testing requirements and procedures, water regulations or technical background is an asset.
