We pride ourselves on delivering top-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads, developing new business opportunities and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling product presentations, understanding customer needs, and recommending appropriate solutions.
- **Quotations & Proposals**: Prepare and present quotes and proposals to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
- **Account Management**: Maintain and build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- **CRM Management**: Update and manage customer information and sales activities in the CRM system, tracking progress and reporting on sales metrics.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the outside sales team, customer service, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in the portable washroom, construction, or event services industry.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $51,481.00-$56,183.00 per year
